    I am SOOOO glad to hear that Avocados are THAT good for you because people always say that avocados are fatty (which they are) but it’s a good fat! I’m telling that to everyone! Also, I’m glad I can validate my chocolate addiction too!

    Julia - it’s all about the SOKOLATA!!! :-) I also had a hard time with avocados..even almonds and nuts since they were high in fat. But that’s exactly it…GOOD FATS. Anyway, my main focus is to maintain a heart healthy lifestyle. As long as I live to be a hundred…hairome :-) If I can lose a few here or there…that’s also a greeeat thing though. lol
